1927 Underwood 4-Bank

This is a rare white version of the otherwise common Underwood 4-Bank portable. It is the only white example known to exist. All indications suggest it was painted white at the factory. It belonged to a Chilean ambassador, which may explain why it was custom painted by Underwood for a special client.
